Mac Cal’s Sheet Metal Division is capable of 24-hour punching. Twelve certified welders are on staff and all inspection is performed on the manufacturing floor so that employees receive immediate feedback. Real time tracking is utilized throughout all divisions via a robust ERP system.

Mac Cal has an extensive background in CNC turning and Milling for the Automotive, Biomedical, Clean Energy, Security, Semiconductor sectors.

Many Customers have come to depend on our Cable Harness Division quality for simple and multi-drop harnesses. Every cable Mac Cal produces goes through a vigorous inspection process, point-to-point and pull testing.

Mac Cal’s Paint Department is comprised of a highly skilled team of finishing experts that routinely work with Customers to achieve the desired color and texture. To facilitate communication, the Silk Screen Department is located within the paint facility.
